Covid-19 Booking Conditions

As per NZ government health and safety guidelines for Covid-19 we can only accept bookings from fully-vaccinated guests. Vaccination card and/or your ‘My Vaccine Pass’ must be presented at check-in and will be scanned. Should you decide to cancel your booking please do so as per our cancellation policy of full refund within 7 days prior to arrival. If your cancellation is affected by Coronavirus-related events such as travel limitations enforced by authorities we are obliged to provide you a refund or credit for future stay.

My name is Vivien Cooper and I have travelled extensively across the world. While in London for 5 years I worked in hospitality management, organising large events and catering functions. I love cooking international cuisine, enjoy fine dining, and silver service!

I enjoy talking with my guests and sharing the inspired beauty, exhilaration and hospitality that Rotorua and New Zealand have to offer. We live upstairs in a split level home and combine interaction with discretion. All my guests have enjoyed my personal service and quality recommendations.
